Plascon True Colour 3-in-1 Primer Sealer Undercoat White 20L. A water-based 3-in-1 primer, sealer and undercoat for masonry, for interior and exterior use on new masonry plaster and concrete, gypsum and previously painted surfaces. It seals well, has good obliteration and spreadability, and dries fast for quicker recoating. How to use: clean the surface (cement plaster with Polycell Sugar Soap Powder solution, concrete with Plascon Aquasolv Degreaser), sand glossy enamel to a matt finish, then apply one coat by brush, roller or airless spray without thinning to get a continuous film. Clean tools with water.
