- All prices in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of 15% VAT
- Prices subject to change without notice until order confirmation
Price Error Policy
While we take every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. We will refund purchase prices for obvious pricing errors as set out in our Returns Policy but are not responsible for any other consequences of pricing errors.
3 Shipping and Delivery Methods
Courier Delivery
The Courier Guy- Applicable to: Parcels of up to 50kg each
- Coverage: Nationwide – to all The Courier Guy delivery locations in South Africa
- Cost: Calculated live at checkout from your address and the weight of your order
- Delivery Time: Shown at checkout – it depends on your area and the courier service you choose
- Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
No weekend or public holiday deliveries
Big Orders – Our Own Delivery
HPM Trucks- For: Large orders and heavy or bulky items such as cement, blocks, bricks, sand, stone, steel and timber
- Minimum Order: 8,000kg or R10,000 order value per truck delivery (no minimum in Struisbaai)
- Coverage: Our delivery areas in the Western Cape (Overberg, Cape Town and surrounds, Boland, West Coast and Garden Route) – enter your postal code in the cart to check
- Cost: Calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and the distance from Struisbaai (orders under 8,000kg pay the 8,000kg rate). Truck delivery within Struisbaai is free, for any order size
- Delivery Date: Within 7 to 14 working days – usually much faster
- Hours: Mon-Fri 07:30-17:15, Sat 08:00-13:00
Special equipment costs are customer responsibility
Split Delivery
Need some items sooner? You can split an order: lighter items (up to 50kg per parcel) go out by courier first, and the heavy items follow on our own truck.
Collect In Store – Free
Choose “Collect from store” at checkout. No delivery address is needed – we will contact you when your order is ready to collect at Cinneraria Street, Struisbaai.
Good to Know
- Too heavy or too long for a courier? Items over 50kg, or too long for a courier parcel, cannot be couriered – they come with our own truck delivery (minimum 8,000kg or R10,000 order; any size in Struisbaai), or you can collect them free from our store.

- Track your order: log in to your account to follow your order’s progress.

Address Changes
For security reasons, we cannot change shipping addresses once orders are processed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Risk Transfer on Delivery
Risk passes to you upon delivery or attempted delivery. After delivery, we are not responsible for:
- Theft or loss of goods
- Damage caused by misuse or incorrect usage
- Damage from failure to follow product instructions
