Alcolin Permobond Concentrated Bonding Liquid 20L. A concentrated, water-based synthetic ter-polymer used as a bonding agent between new and old surfaces and as a primer that toughens friable, powdery surfaces before plastering, skimming, screeding, tiling and painting. It is also a keying agent over smooth, dense surfaces, a barrier coat between incompatible surfaces and an additive for cement and gypsum to improve flexural strength, adhesion and water resistance; it suits both cement and gypsum products and dries to a tacky finish. It can be extended with water (as a concrete additive, for example, use 10% of the cement quantity). Not a final coat, not for polypropylene or polyethylene and not a cure for rising damp.
