Flash Harry Liquid Plastic Waterproofing Charcoal 5L. A pure acrylic waterproofing polymer modified with latex for flexibility (350% stretch), UV stability and adhesion. It waterproofs and coats pitched roofs (tiled, iron and timber), small flat roofs (under 20m²), flashings, lap joints, ridges, valleys, skylights, chimneys, roof screws and parapet walls. For waterproofing, always use it with a waterproofing membrane: brush on a generous first coat (about 1L/m²), press the membrane into the wet coat so it is fully saturated (75mm overlaps), apply a second coat of about 1L/m² that covers the membrane completely, then a finishing coat of about 0.5L/m²; a complete system uses 2-2.5L/m². As a coating without membrane, apply at least two coats at about 3m²/L per coat, each at right angles to the last. Prime porous surfaces with Flash Harry Plaster's Pal or a 50% diluted coat. Apply between 5°C and 35°C, not when rain is expected. Not for under tiles, permanent ponding, lightweight screeds, slate roofs or over bitumen systems.
