WeatherPrufe Elastocryl Charcoal 1L. WeatherPrufe Elastocryl is a high film build pure acrylic waterproofing compound designed to dry quickly in low temperatures, with technology that optimises film formation in winter conditions. Use it to seal horizontal surfaces such as the tops of parapet walls, the top edges of plaster bands and windowsills, to seal and bridge hairline plaster cracks, to waterproof porous cement and concrete slabs, and to flash between different substrates together with a non-woven membrane. Its adhesion-promoted pure acrylic binder gives a flexible, non-tacky film with high volume solids for maximum film thickness, and it is water-based. Make sure the surface is free of dirt and loose material and apply it with a brush or a lambswool roller, allowing 2 hours drying time between coats.
