Flash Harry Liquid Plastic Plus Waterproofing Grey 5L

Flash Harry Liquid Plastic Plus Waterproofing Grey 5L. A thick, high-build, fibre-reinforced rubberised compound that cures to a seamless, flexible waterproof layer without a separate membrane. It waterproofs, bonds and coats parapet walls, small flat roofs (under 20m²), pitched roofs, cracked roof tiles, tile joints and ridges, walls, gutters and the areas around chimneys and skylights, and can be used as a maintenance coat on existing acrylic waterproofing. How to use: clean and dry the surface, remove loose or peeling paint and stir well. Apply by brush, roller or trowel at about 0.5L/m², let it dry, then apply a second coat at right angles to the first at about 0.5L/m² (about 1L/m² in total). Fill gaps wider than 5mm first (50/50 with plaster sand); for bridging gaps, lap joints, flashings and areas of strong movement use Flash Harry Liquid Plastic with a membrane instead. It can be painted over with Flash Harry Frogskin Roof Paint. Apply between 5°C and 35°C, not when rain is expected. Not for under tiles, permanent ponding, lightweight screeds, slate roofs or over bitumen. Specifications: Colour: Grey; Contents: 5L; Coverage: about 1L/m² (two coats); Resistant to rain: after 6-8 hours; Full cure: 24-48 hours; Clean-up: water while wet; Non-flammable.
