Coprox Masonry Waterproofing Light Grey 5kg. Coprox Masonry Waterproofing prevents water seepage in new masonry structures and remedies damp problems in existing ones, on water-bearing positive side or interior negative side masonry surfaces above or below ground level. Uses range from rising, falling and penetrating damp to the waterproofing of structural, retaining and boundary walls, floors, showers, basements, wine cellars, underground parking, ponds, swimming pools, reservoirs and water features. Where moisture is present its crystalline properties migrate into the capillaries and shrinkage cracks of brick, mortar, screed and plaster; it stops the passage of water but lets air through, so the structure can breathe and dry. It gives a naturally aged, mottled finish, so walls are waterproofed and decorated in one application, and it also serves as a waterproof plaster primer for conventional paint.
