Plascon Velvaglo Water-Based White 1L. Plascon Velvaglo Water-Based is a satin-finish, non-drip water-based enamel for interior and exterior primed woodwork, cement plaster, concrete or metal - furniture, doors and wall surfaces. Its polyurethane acrylic hybrid forms a UV, peel and flake resistant barrier that is washable, tough and mar resistant; no undercoat is needed on enamel sanded to a matt finish. Low VOC and odour, no added lead. How to use: do not stir (stirring breaks the gel - if stirred, let it stand for 8 hours); apply by brush, mohair roller or spray without thinning.
