Plascon TradePro Water-Based Plaster Primer White 20L. A water-based primer for masonry: for priming new interior and exterior cement plaster, concrete, porous brickwork and building boards. It seals and evens out surface porosity, adheres well, is breathable (lets moisture escape), low VOC and low odour, and dries quickly. Not suitable for gypsum (Rhinolite). How to use: degrease and clean the surface, fill defects with the right Polycell Polyfilla, stir thoroughly and apply by brush, roller or airless spray without thinning. Clean tools with water.
